I want to Know my Gopro Hero 7 Black is Authentic or not?

Was trying to Register Camera and after entering serial no and email id it wouldn’t happen, no messages were displayed but the action couldn’t be completed

Hello @megajump73637. Thank you for reaching out. Try the following steps:

1. Visit https://gopro.com/update
2. Select the correct camera model. 
3. On the next page, select "Update your camera manually" under "Other ways to update." 
4. Out in your camera's serial number and the email address associated with your GoPro Account. The left side of the page will show a picture of the camera as well as the serial number format. The page will indicate if the information is valid by showing you a green box around the information. Only  click on Next Step if you are intending to do a manual update for your camera. 

It would be better to add your camera as a device under your account. To do this, login through gopro.com/login , then go to Settings, then Add Device. Hope this helps.
