Hi @coolpeak81150,
Do you use the quick capture function?
Do you press the shutter button to turn on?
Please make sure to use the mode button to turn on the camera.
It's located on the left side of the camera.
Regards,
-Jay

I use the button on top to turn on the camera the other button is in the front and another is on the right. Is that what you want me to use to turn on the camera and not the button on the top ?

Hi @coolpeak81150,
Ohh, may I know what camera model do you have?
If it's the older version like HERO4 or HERO3 yes, just don't use the button on top because that is used to capture.
The mode button is the switch.

-Jay

The button on the right might be the physical bluetooth switch/button @coolpeak81150,
The front button should turn on your camera.

Hi @coolpeak81150,
Can you send a picture of your camera when it's turned on?
Please check if there is a front panel display.
If there is a front panel display, your camera is working fine you just have to navigate it.
I would like to suggest to contact our customer support team via phone or chat for assistance or walk you through the settings and menu and how to operate that camera.
Regards,
-Jay
