I ordered accessories 4 days ago on the 1-2 day delivery. Where is it

I was told on the chat service yesterday that the delivery would arrive before the end of the day yet it still shows pending. Tried the chat service today and nobody available. This is poor and won't entice me to use go pro again

If you were using the chat service, you were conversing with GoPro Support. This is a member to member community support, so we don't have access to anything related to orders. However, the rep should have clarified with you that the 2 day delivery is the shipping method used. If your order is showing as pending, it means it hasn't been processed by the warehouse yet.
