I need help, I just landed a Hero5 Black, but I cannot swipe
[ New ]What should I do. The money I spent for this camera means a lot to me, so I need help!!

Make sure your LCD is clean and doesn't have the protective plastic on it.
Tap the screen to see if the menu appears. If it does, you may just have the screen locked. Try swiping down and there is an icon you can tap to unlock the screen.
Press the mode/power button and the shutter to access the settings on the front LCD (to ensure that the camera can get into the menu settings). They need to be pressed together. If it just changed the mode (video, camera, multi,..) you're not in settings. Go through your settings and then choose exit.
On your computer, download and install the manual update.
Make sure you are using one of these cards https://gopro.com/help/articles/Block/microSD-Card-Considerations
If all else fails, contact the GoPro Support Team https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs

[ New ]I suggest to fooer just a lil more info, if I went to the docs I at least tell them more info so they can resolve the issue on one take not us asking you A TON OF QUESTIONS.
