I contacted the support nearly a week ago. On Friday I got this email:


"Hi Christian,

Good day!

In regards to your support case , we are still currently standing by for a response from the request we created for the order confirmation for this order  MP-04361098.

I'd also urgently need an invoice, the order summary I received after my order went through is not enough.
