I'm getting a lot of mixed info regarding the best way to shoot running videos using my Hero7 Black. I want to make mostly trail running videos showing the trail, not myself!
What mounts are best for stabilization? (I'd prefer to be hands-free.)
What settings are best? I've heard I should use 2.7K/1080p/60fps/protune OFF... What about FOV, etc?
So far, my results have looked pretty bouncy... Using a head strap, the camera feels like it's bouncing more than I'd like, despite having it adjusted fairly snug. Is there some trick I'm missing??

@runbuddy, there are some helpful details in this article How to Get the Best Shot With Your HERO7 Black to get you started.
The Headstrap and Chesty mounts provide great and interesting POV angles on your footage. Keeping your camera close to your body can also help get you a more stabilized video, and don't forget to enable HyperSmooth. Check out this article for the chart guide of the video resolution that uses HyperSmooth.
