I have been on hold for over an hour and the chat feature says they are busy. Please send direct #

This is CRAZY!  I have been on hold for over an hour.  My family can recite the advertisements played while on hold.  We have a problem with our gopro and can't get any customer service.  You offer a warranty, but what good is it if no one will answer the phone?  The chat feature is always "busy" and we are beyond frustrated.
