I have a faulty hero 5 that I would like to replaced. Ive tried to phone customer support on 0330808

Hi, I have a hero 5 black that I have only used 3 times and now it does not work at all. I have tried to update with no sucsess. the app tells me to contact supplier and the hero 5 has 1/2 on the front desplay. I have tried changing SD cards and I've even bought new Gopro batteries and desktop chargers. I took it to my local computer shop to see if they new how to update it and the said it was a fault with the hero 5. phoned bps where I purchased the hero 5 from and they gave my a phone number to call you on 0330 808 1875. When I call this number it has an anwsering service that tells you to call back during pacific standard times no matter what time you call. is there a better numbe to call? I'm would like to resolve this a quick as possible as I have already spent a considerable amount of time of this.
