I got a gopro hero 7 white as a gift and I want to exchange it for a 7 black?

Trying to find out if I can exchange a brand new hero 7 white for a black thru go pro they bought it thru Walmart and i dont have a receipt and already tried exchanging and they wouldnt help me out

Check your local return options.  Even if you don't have a receipt, you can still use your credit card statement to verify purchase.  Walmart should also have barcode information for the purchase.  If they refuse to give you your money back (and providing your local/state laws allow a return from the specified date of purcahse) you can file a complaint with the better business bureau.
