I dropped my gopro 6 - I NEED HELP

Hello, my name is Hugh. I am currently traveling the world via bicycle and yesterday I accidentaly dropped my gopro.

Since then, not always but started to shake in videos. Shaking like lens is moving back and forward..

However, it's not alwasy. Sometime I can film just like normal.

Attached photo is my gopro6 and it seems like it have a little more space in between uvfilter and main body than it did before.

I wonder if anyone else have experienced it and if so, what was the solution?

I really appreciate all your support!

 

I really hope I can keep using it and be able to film like normal, consistantly.

Try to remove it and put it back on properly. 

If it's not fitting well try to contact our customer support team to report that. 

They can assist.

the lens protector you are showing come off and goes back on  with a simple  pull and twist.  Per instruction if found in the manual which I did not see.  So  if you dropped it and uncertain if it is on correctly , try removing and replacing back on. it  can either be replaced if it busted  but should not affect your clips as its protects the actual lens.  if htat is what you are asking.  some show the lens separated more then other cameras mine is flush if asked
