I don't get confirmation mail.

I ordered Hero9 Bundle + Subscription on this site.

But I don't get confirmation mail yet.

I checked my bank account.

Gopro subscription's was paid.

Hero 9 bundle's payment is still pending.

I tried to contact at order support in contact gopro sales +support.

But answer is only below message all time.

@hirorock - I wasn't able to find an order in our system linked to the account you're using here, but it's possible that you may have used a different account to place the order. If you can share your order number, that will help us.

 

As for the billing, the subscription is billed immediately because that service is activated immediately. The billing for the camera will appear once the camera ships.

Hi Jefft,

 

I jointed a subscriber in a hurry, because no confimation mail and I wasn't able to access to support.

Is it cause that I mistyped my email address at the time of purchase?

Anyway, I can't find my order number too.

Camera billing changed from pending to paid, so I have receipt number in my bank account.

If you get this number, can you find my account?

In that case, how do I give this number to you?

I found your order and have just requested that the order confirmation be resent to the correct email address. You should have it soon.
