I didn't have support in Brazil.
[ New ]I have a GoPro Hero5 and it isn't a waterproof camera. I putted my GoPro less than 1ft under water and it stops working.
My camera was with water inside and I contacted the support in Brazil but they didn't help me and I didn't have the oportunity to send my camera for them to be analyzed.
I'd like to know if I can send my camera to US to be repaired, but I out of warranty time.
Please, let me know what can I do.

If your camera is no longer covered try to ask GoPro customer support if they have other option.

Probably you're trying to contact them during off hours.
Try to contact them during work hours: https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs
Or try to contact US customer support.
Just change your country and language to English US on GoPro's website.
Change language is located on the upper right hand side of GoPro's website.

[ New ]I'm tring now and they are availeable now, but I can't.
When I click to start chat open a new window with the blank form and the message about the GoPro Plus client.
It is a shame we don't find any e-mail address to submit this problems.
