I have recently purchased a brand new GoPro Karma Bundle w/ Karma Grip and Hero 6 Black. I am interested in taking out GoProCare. In the US it looks like it is included in GoProPlus. This does not appear to be the case in UK. When I navigate to https://shop.gopro.com/care , I see the following page. The Activate button asks for a code, assuming the purchase/subscription has already been made. As you can see, there is no Buy/Purchase/Subscribe button. I have tried explaining this in the webchat, but, as I cannot share the below screenshot, the support agent does not understand that the button is missing. I have tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox on macOS. I have also tried in private browsing. So far, nothing has worked.

For UK, the item should be purchased directly from GoPro to qualify for Care.
Hi @aragon1006, thank you for the information. I am disappointed this is not made clear before purchase. I bought the items brand new from a 3rd party. I have registered the serial numbers against my GoPro account.
- Is there any way at all I could purchase it retrospectively?
- Are you able to give me any indication if or when GoPro Care will be included in GoPro Plus as it is in the US?

I am sorry if this has not been advised to you when the purchase was made.
You may refer to the same store and check if they have their own insurance option.
We do not have information regarding GoPro Plus Exchanges being available to other regions.
