I can't get help with warranty issue

I have been trying to call or use the chat for weeks. No one answers the phone, no one ever connects to the chat and there is no email link. My sons go pro hero 5 which is 6 months old stopped working the first time it got wet. It has a blemish on the inside of the screen and it won't turn on. It is still under warranty. This company has terrible customer service or rather no customer service at all. I even tried to call the corporate headquarters but no one answered that phone either. Please contact me ASAP at [Edit] to resolve this. Thank you.

For this you will need to get in touch with the Support Team directly. If you are having a hard time getting through I would recommend reaching out by phone when the Support lines open up:

 

Available Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 6:00pm, Pacific Time
Available Saturday & Sunday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

If you need warranty help you will need to get in touch with the Support Team directly. Although the Support Team is experiencing higher than normal volume they are working to help each customer as quickly as possible in the order in which they were received. You can get in touch with the Support Team by Phone or Chat during the following hours, but if you would like to get in touch faster I would recommend reaching out earlier in the day:

I have tried the Chat and I have tried clling over and over again at all hours. No one answers the phone line and no one connects to the chat.  Do not bother to respond if you don't have something useful to add.
