Hello,

I have been trying to contact support since weeks by web page and I have not received a response, even I have the suscription and it is very difficult to contact them

I need to change my Gopro 8 black because it doesn't turn on even doesn't charge.

I need a solution as soon as possible, because I paid my suscription and I want to use my Gopro.
