Hypersmooth vs ReelSteady

I've just purchased a Hero 7. I plan to do post editing on all my clips and was wondering if it would be "best"/ the most flexible for me to leave stabilization completely OFF on the Hero 7, and just use ReelSteady for the stabilization or should I go with the Hypersmooth ON?

Thanks!
