How to sew after having treated "raw" files in an external program: adobe lightromm
[ New ]The gopro fusion manual (page 44) says that "raw" photographs can be tracked in other programs (adobe lightroom, adobe camara raw) but I have an important doubt.
After having modified the 2 raw frames (ex: GPFR0001.GPR / front and GPBK0001.GPR / back) and creating 2 final .jpg files, how do I create the panoramic image? I tried loading the files in "FUSION STUDIO" and did not load them. I tried to load only the GPFR0001.jpg / front and GPBK0001.jpg / back and it does not work, I tried loading the .jpg together with the .gpr and it does not work.
How to create a panoramic image after having treated the raw files?

[ New ]https://community.gopro.com/t5/Cameras/Stitching-Fusion-RAW-image-files-HOW/td-p/83515/page/8
1) Reveal the raw files in lightroom or photoshop and save the jpg
2) in windows (I do not know if in mac there is a similar software) open the original jpg of fusion in the software "paint" and use the option to paste from ... choose the modified jpg with lightroom and paste it over the original jpg of the gopro fusion.
3) Save the file and open it with fusion studio.
Now you will recognize the jpg.
The problem with this is it would be a very long job if you want to do timelaps, but it is valid for images.
I hope that gopro solve this issue

Re: How to sew after having treated "raw" files in an external program: adobe lightromm
[ New ]The 'Paint' workaround is very time consuming, amateurish and there are reports that it also messes up the colour profile for some users. Quite frankly, I believe it's very disappointing that their own software cannot recognise their own RAW files after compression to commonly used file formats like jpg or tiff.
However, there is hope. According to this post on 360 Panoramic Photographers on FB, an alledged GoPro staff member claims that RAW workflow is coming soon. Mind you, this was posted in December 2017 but the replies are from this week.
Fingers crossed!
