How to send back for repair? Recordings fail over and over again.[ New ]
That said: my camera regularly fails recording: sound track is recorded for the whole session while just a single frame is recorded for the duration of the video.
I had this problem before and GoPro support gave the advice / instructions to do a manual software update/install. This never fixed these issues.
The sdcard is the one I received with the GP9.
How to proceed? I don't have the idea this is a software problem.
