I have placed an order this morning. However, I did not receive any email for confirmation and so I do not have an order ID. When I use the order tracking function on your website to find my order, I couldn't do so because I am from Hong Kong which do not have any ZIP or Postal code. When I tried to call the support hotline (+852 3018 1775) but its always no one answer the call. When I tried to chat with the support online, the agents were always busy and asked me to try again later.
Now, I have placed my order, with successful payment, but I do not receive any emails about the order, cannot trace my order, cannot contact with GoPro in every channels. What I really want is just to trace my order and get my order ID.
