really i see that GoPro "good" company without support..
I used gopro 5 years.. i think i will stop using it. because now i have a trouble with the product, but cannot get support. it's epic fail..
Phone-support not suitable. because a lot of people using gopro everywhere in the world.. and phone support actually only for few countries.. it's not seriously.. The support must be available for each customers..

If tyou used the Gopro for 5 years then you know this company has changed. contact support via email on this page at teh bottom at the contact us https://gopro.com/feedback
they do read feedback and get your point across
