This question has two parts. Thanks to all who read and participate.
So I have exported a 360 video from Fusion Studio (Cineform '422 High' / 5.2k) and now I have a 30s video .MOV file sized at just under 2gb.
How does one now watch these videos on a phone? Do I need to download this large video file onto my phone then simply load up Daydream? Does one upload this massive file directly to YouTube VR and stream withinin the Daydream app, or both?
Second part to this question - if I wanted to add music and graphics to this video in Premiere Pro then export - can anyone share any decent online tutorials that show how this is done properly?

Update - so I installed Fulldive app so that I could browse to and watch 360 videos in my phone folders.
Despite trying all the available viewing modes (3D/360 etc) I was unable to actually view this video correctly.

Also, I use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit/export my videos.

Thanks. I have managed to figure it out - I export from Adobe Premiere Pro then use an app called WiFi File Transfer to copy the file from my PC to my Android then use the Fulldive VR app to view the video file.
