How do I know if my Hero 8 is fast charging? [ New ]

How do I know if my Hero 8 is fast charging? I googled this, someone mentioned the charging indicator would turn green if the gopro is fast charging, normally it is white. But even I use 5V/1A charger for my hero 8, the indicator still turn green. So, how do I know?
