How do I downgrade firmware on Gopro Hero9 [ New ]

I no longer have option for the external mic to use gopro external 3.5 adapter after update rendering the external 3.5 gopro adapter useless .please help.

I googled and watch someone's youtube. they can explained how to update well.  I did update by my smart phone.
