When I save to my computer, what I videoed is broken up into multiple videos. For my personal viewing, not really a problem. However, I do save to YouTube and that creates a problem with those I want to view. Can I save with one video?

What's happening is called Chaptering in the camera. When taking a video recording, the camera will automatically segment into a new file chapter once it has reached a certain size. These files when put together with editing software will play seamlessly as if they were never chaptered, and when played back from the camera directly will also play through as one continuation.
This chaptering is intentional and there is no way to keep the camera from doing so. Chapters are divided like this so in the event of a jolt or crash that causes a file to become corrupted, only a portion of your video will be effected and not the whole thing. While there is a file recovery feature in the camera, chaptering is a precaution step just in case the feature is unable to fix the video.

You can't It's a bug (GoPro call it a feature) in their file system impelmentation, limiting their file size. Depending on the resolution used, you'll get different video lengths. All files wil be 2GB in size, however.
Whilst you can combine these files into a single one using external tools, you will lose GPS data in the process.
GoPro have created a camera that does not record to a single file, and then not provided the tools needed to re-assemble the files their camera has mangled.
Some, like me, might call that a bug or product fault. Others would just call it lazy.
