Somehow it does not turn on.
I have not dropped it or damaged or put is the water when battery part was open.
I would love to get it fixed or replaced it to new one.
I purchase it from go pro oficcial website and I live in Japan.
I tied to contact customer service many time from the form you provide online but I have not heard from go pro for 4 weeks already

I know you said you have done this, but as far as I'm aware, this is the only option... I found the gopro customer service phone number, (800) 272-7281, and all that did was direct me to the link above...

My friend had a same situation and he tired to contact go pro through Facebook.
Luckly, he got response from one of the satff but I have not get any rersponse for 4 weeks already.

Change your country and language to United States English then fill out the information.
You should be able to contact them through chat.
