Hi. I placed an order on the 26th and the order is still showing pending, even though GoPro was offering 2 business day delivery during that time. Im unable to reach the customer care numbers in India either. Please let me know how I can expedite delivery?

Like @duanem8 unfortunately we do not have the ability to see orders. For help with this you will need to get in touch with our Support Team directly. They should be able to sort that out for you. I'm afraid we're only a public forum, although it does have several members of GoPro staff in command I very much doubt they will be able to help with orders. I had the same issue when I pre-ordered Fusion, but even customer chat were unable to see me order as it was pending & not actually on the system. I did eventually get an email confirming the order & giving shipping details

Thanks a lot for your help ryanv12566 and @duanem8.

 

I have chatted with customer service twice and made 2 long overseas calls to their US helpline, but nobody seems to be able to help. Either the billing team shift hasn't started or they're not answering the phone. Twitter and Instagram also proved unresponsive. I only have a case number and the promise of a callback, which hasn't happened yet. Hope this is sorted out soon! Mighty annoying experience after spending that much!
