Hero9 Prima accensione subito in blocco [ New ]

Buongiorno,

Arrivata la gopro 9 ho ricaricato la batteria, messo la sd, fatta la prima accensione, aggiornamento, reset dopo aggiornamento e dopo una rapida panoramica sono partito a fare le prime prove di registrazione e niente.. si blocca.. tolgo la batteria altra registrazione altro blocco... tolgo la batteria altra registrazione e sembra andare... funziona per un paio di minuti e poi di nuovo in blocco.

Procedo a rifare nuovamente un reset, ovviamente ogni volta che ho resettato la gopro ho resettato anche la SD insieme direttamente dentro la gopro.

Ora ho fatto altre prove e sembra non si stia bloccando più. Non capisco cosa sia successo e se è possibile fare delle verifiche prima di decretare dispositivo difettoso e procedere al reso.

How was the update done?

If it happens again, try re-flashing the software.

The update was done via the Android app. When I connected the GoPro to the phone, the notification went out

@enigmisth, you can try to manually reinstall the camera's firmware. Using an SD card adapter, connect your microSD card to your computer and follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229 

What's the microSD card used? Make sure that a recommended SD card is used for your camera.

Just to check, could you please tell us your workflow when the camera freezes (e.g. navigating, during recording, upon power on, etc.)?

I did the manual update again, now I try it.

As SD I have a 128 gb Sandisk Extreme PRO

The freeze occurred when the screen rotated and in Hindsight mode

Good morning.
I did the manual update. I also wanted to do a test to see the battery life which seems to me to drop sooooo fast ...
I started a 4K recording resting on a table at 50 fps ... in about 43 minutes of recording the battery dropped to 44% (about 1.3% per minute) and then shut down due to overheating.

It's normal?! Thank you so much for your time 😊
