Hypersmooth is on, but not boost, by default in 2.7k 60fps, boost is unavailable. It was superview and mounted on my helmet so very minimal shake. Shutter was auto.
It is hard to believe jumping lights can cause this.

...no. no.it is the effect, not the cause.
the lights (any spot power light in the night - traffic lights, street light, vehicle taillight) are like "dancing"....jumping.
and by the way, on all my helmets (mountain bike, ski, ice hockey) are a lot of shakings, short hard moves relatively to the head along with the activity itself.
I see, but on my video the frame kind of jump around, even when I am going straight, if it is a slight movement or a little shake on the result I am fine, but on my attached video, the frame jumps.the lights from traffic looks normal no shaking, but the frame jumps up and down.
