...no. no.it is the effect, not the cause.
the lights (any spot power light in the night - traffic lights, street light, vehicle taillight) are like "dancing"....jumping.
and by the way, on all my helmets (mountain bike, ski, ice hockey) are a lot of shakings, short hard moves relatively to the head along with the activity itself.

[ New ]I see, but on my video the frame kind of jump around, even when I am going straight, if it is a slight movement or a little shake on the result I am fine, but on my attached video, the frame jumps.the lights from traffic looks normal no shaking, but the frame jumps up and down.

try setting the shutter at 1/240 if you can....
