Just bought a Hero7Black and battery door doesn't close properly. Regional numbers (India,Chennai) here https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs aren't reachable. Chat says its unavailable for me (tried chat within working hours. Monday 12pm noon). Please help !!!

Try to open the door and check that the push tab is popped back up. If not, pop it up by pushing on the underside.
The door must be flat.

If calling from a landline, make sure that the network allows calls to toll free numbers.
If initiating a chat session, you may try selecting US.

As you may leanr the next time to inspect the product next time when on vacation.. or visiting . what you can do is again contact the company they are Worled wide and go from there. If the door is a problem because its pressure seated call gopro or chat with them on line at the website.. do you know where to look for it the chat or phone number>
