Hero7 Black trade up

Olá,

 

Participamos do programa GoPro Trade Up com aquisição/troca de duas camaras no passado dia 12 de Junho e ainda hoje não recebemos o cupão da UPS nem qualquer tipo de resposta a uma reclamação feita sobre o sucedido.

 

Alguém está aí desse lado?

Bom dia,

 

Ninguém responde aos contatos, impossível ter um bate-papo, 30 minutos à espera ao telefone (quero ver a conta do telefone que vai chegar, quem paga, GoPro????), reclamação por escrito, nem resposta, GoPro Portugal falta de profissionalismo e danifica seriamente a imagem da marca.

 

Alguma solução? ...vamos para um mês e sem qualquer tipo de resposta, nem contato.

 

Muito triste e desapontado pelo tratamento dado.

 

Vou cancelar pedido, não há outra forma e seriamente em deixar de usar produtos GoPro...

Olá,

 

Esse é que é o problema, o Support Team não está disponível, 30 minutos de espera ao telefone sem resposta, é algum tipo de suporte? Carregar as informações no bate-papo e não dar opção de iniciar ou arrancar a conversação, é algum tipo de suporte?

 

Talvez antes de iniciarem qualquer tipo de programa, por exemplo o Trade-Up, deveriam ter testado antecipadamente o sistema e fazer uma simulação do que poderia ser a vossa resposta a um volume, que acredito, que seja enorme, é uma sugestão que sendo uma marca mundial deveria de antever; ou pelo menos fazer esforços para minimizar o processo de espera ou falta de contato.

 

Se não fosse a tua resposta @aragon1006 não teria qualquer tipo de comunicação com a GoPro, parece-te normal? E os contatos de telefone servem para quê? E o bate-papo? É tão complicado proceder ao envio do cupão UPS? Será por sermos do arquipélago dos Açores, no meio do Atlântico que a comunicação torna-se impossível?

 

Mais do que promessas é preciso respostas concretas...
