And now for my tenth complaint since having my Hero7 Black (since Dec 2018)!!!!!!
I went for a surf yesterday and filmed in 1080p / 60fps / superview / hypersmooth. After I got out of the water, I went home and reviewed all of the footage. The final 4 clips that I filmed were very dark and had distorted color. Here is a link to the video on YouTube.
*Please don't tell me to update my firmware, or re-flash, or manually reset, or ask me what type of SD Card I use. Everything on my camera is up to date. I have performed multiple manual updates by myself, and with a GoPro representative over the phone. I have also confirmed multiple times with GoPro that I use their "recommended" SD card.

Its looks like exposure locked or some exposure issue.

Do you have protune turned on? Is your white balance set to "auto", do you have the automatic "low light" setting enabled? If this continues to be an issue you may want to contact GoPro customer support directly rather than just post the issue on a forum.

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @njvt13. Seems like exposure issue on the camera's image quality.
When Protune is OFF, the video setting; except for resolution, FOV, Low Light and Stabilization, will be controlled by the camera and is set to AUTO.
Is the issue apparent on all videos (old and new clips)? If you take a test video right now (same resolution settings), are you able to get the same results? Or did this only happen to the last 4 clips that you recently filmed, as mentioned on your description?
In addition, can you please provide us a raw (unedited) copy of the video file via Dropbox or GoogleDrive? Share with us the link so we can review the video sample.
