Hero7 1080p 240fps video files will play on camera but not on computer

I have shot some footage with a bit higher framerate than I have done before. I set the camera to 240fps which automatically also set it to 1080p, which in itself is just fine. (It's also set to H.264+HEVC).

The problem occured after transferring the video files to my computer. Palyback works just fine on the camera but not on my PC. In Windows mediaplayer there is just sound and no video and in VLC 3.0.6 there is sound with just a grey/green blurry image. I have the codec for H.265 in VLC at least.

Any ideas?

It's something to do with your computer system.  You need to provide more details about your computer.  You can reach out to the GoPro Support Team and they can have a look at your computer specs and make some recommendations.

i5 and 8GB RAM is most likely the issue. You will be better off converting the video in handbrake to h.264 https://handbrake.fr/docs/en/latest/get-handbrake/where-to-get-handbrake.html
