Hero6 Black charge light will not go out

I use the Gopro dual usb-port travel charger, and the usb to usb-c cable that came with the Hero6. 

When I connect the Hero6, the red LEDs will come on, indicating that it's charging. I leave it overnight. When I return in the morning, the red LEDs are still on, which is not as expected. I disconnect the camera and start it up and it shows 98% charge level, indicating that the charging was successful. But the LEDs should have gone out. 

When I charge my Hero4 Black, the light will come on as the camera is charging. The LEDs will go out when the charge is completed. 

This looks like a bug with the Hero6. I have the 01.51 firmware. 

Is this a known issue?

Hi @snowydusk31131,

Make sure the camera is fully up to date as there is now V1.60: https://gopro.com/update/hero6

Same issue here with 1.51 firmware :(  LED never turns off despite leaving the camera charging all night sometimes

Gopro doesn't seem to be willing to help any of us, crazy !! 

Really unhappy, I had a few times now with my hero 6 stopping recording by its own... another issue to the list! Gopro wake up!
