Hero6 Black camera stop reacting

I bought a new GoPRO Hero 6 black camera a couple of months ago (2018/04/27). I also bought a 64 GB card recommended by GoPRO. From the very beginning it happened that without a reason the camera went to some kind of blocking mode where nothing else works except the removal of the battery. So, it is not possible to stop or start recording, it is impossible to change any of the settings because neither the touch screen is working. It is impossible even to turn off the camera on the On / Off button. The only solution is to remove the battery from the camera. The problem is that this does not happen every time, lately it happens more often, one of ten uses. If I had taken the camera to the dealer, I probably would not be able to make it happen. What to do?

@rockypike72207 - A lot of what you're describing here sounds like an issue with the firmware on your GoPro. Try doing a manual update. Instructions are at https://gopro.com/update/hero6. After you do that, if you're still having these issues, please let us know.
