Hero5 connected to win10 but can't see files

Hi,

 

I connected my Hero5 to a windows 10 laptop and it recongized and showed HERO5 Black on the file system.

However, when I click on it, I can only see empty folder. Also I open Quik and it can't recognize any my HERO5.

The camera is in USB connected mode and my USB driver is able to transfer files with other usb flashdisk.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

If you are still having trouble getting that camera to be recognized check out this article:

Also be sure to have the latest version of Quik as there has recently been an update.
