Yes, I have put protection film, but they were there before I put the film on.
Is this normal? I've had Hero4 and didn't have this problem.
I found them the day after I bought this. I bought this only a week ago. Is there any way I can return this?

How are the image/ video quality? Do you see any lines affecting the file?

Image/Video quality is just fine! I love them :)
I was worried that those lines might affect the files eventually.
