Hero5 Session bad live feed [ New ]

Hy, I just bought Hero5 session, charged the battery, connected to my Galaxy s7 edge, and live view is very bad, actualy I can see only 1/4 of the screen, the rest is black.. I tried lower FPS, lower resolution, but nothing helped.. Its same every time..

I am sorry for any troubles caused. Here are some steps to get the issue corrected.

Uninstall and reinstall the app. 

Proceed with the pairing process. 

*You may need to forget the Bluetooth ID and Wi-Fi name.

If this does not sort it out, a manual software update is recommended.
