Hero5 Session Menu Button malfunction
[ New ]Dear GoPro,
It seems that my menu button isn't working. Is there any way to rule out a mechanical/electrical issue? I tried updating manually several times, without result. When I press the shutter button, the camera starts recording. When I press it again, the camera turns itself off inmediately. I've had this camera for a little over a year and I haven't used it a lot. I started experiencing problems after I charged it on my Macbook a few days ago.
I hope that we can resolve this issue somehow.
Greetings from Curacao,
Ruben
