I have received a replacement for my Hero5 a few weeks ago but when I used it won't work as regular. When its on, it automatically goes to video and won't let me do anything. When I connect it to my computer, it won't work. the computer can't detect it either.
Can anybody help?

As far as connecting to your computer, make sure your camera is updated to the latest firmware. You can do this through the mobile app or manually with a USB or SD card adapter and your computer. After updating, make sure you have the latest version of Quick for desktop, that your computer OS is up to date, and that your device drivers are current.
