I have a Hero4 Silver that just cracked the front bezel when I was taking it out of the Gopro waterproof case. Its under 1 year so I know that there is a warranty, but I have spent over 3 hours on hold yesterday and over 1 hour on hold today. I also try to chat and it says that there arent any agents available. I left my number the other day, but they called at 11:30PM when I was already asleep and couldnt make it to the phone in time, let alone that they woke me up.
How do I get an RMA for the camera? I dont see anywhere that I can email in for an RMA anywhere.
I only own 1 GoPro and this is the first issue that Ive had with it, but so far Im not a big fan of their support which is kind of making me think that this might not have been a good purchase.
I found this when looking and mine is cracked in the exact same place.

Thanks fishy. I was thinking about doing that if I couldnt get a hold of support to get them to honor the warranty, but after 3 hours on hold they actually picked up. I think they will honor the warranty. I am by no means a power user of gopro and this was my first time attempting to get a hold of support and it was rather frustrating. I am hoping the warranty support goes a little smoother.

Glad to hear. the repair by yourself, knowing you have the same camera in hand, but you want it warrantied then you're not going to get back the same camera, keep that in mind good luck on your choice.
