Hero3+

I bought a used Hero3+ from a online site.

When I try to pair the camer with my phone 

 through the gopro app it ask for a password

 that was from the pevious owner.

 I tried doing a factory reset and used the default password.

Stiil the same

Hello, @cwil58. A manual firmware update has to be done in order to reset the camera's Wi-Fi name and password. These steps will help you do it.

Hello @mariustanya Yes after getting with gopro support was able to fix the problem.

It turns out my web browser did not support a manual update.

All is well now problem solved.
