Hero session will not pair with App

I'm trying to pair my Hero session to my iPhone 6, follow the instructions to the letter but, once I put the pin in it says there's been an issue, let's try again.

I've tried everything. Any ideas?

To be safe, I'd recommend doing a manual update on the camera first. Instructions are at the bottom of the page at https://gopro.com/update/hero_session.

 

After that, try pairing again. If that doesn't work, our team at https://gopro.com/help/PKBContactus can help you out.
