Does the hero session 4 need any waterproof casing to be fully submerged?

Re: Hero session 4 waterproof

Nope, just make sure the door is completely shut and that the interior seal is clean and free from dirt, dust, hair, or other debrie. Never use a cloth other than lint free. In general, you should never touch the rubber seal. Make sure the SD card is fully engaged Prior to shutting the door as well. The little lever that you pull to open the door needs to be fully engaged.
