Hero black Max

Ma caméra GoPro Max achetée en avril dernier donc sous garantie,présente un écran noir à sa mise en marche.Que faire?La batterie était bien chargée la carte sd parfaite.Et étant client depuis 12 ans j'ai toujours apporté beaucoup de soins à mes caméras.C'est la seule qui a posé cette panne.

@bleuocean, try to remove and reinsert the battery. Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can also help correct any errors with the current software installation. Using an SD card adapter, connect your microSD card to your computer and follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229
