Tried many times but it won't show up in Settings/Bluetooth when I have the bluetooth turned on in App mode. It will pick up other devices, but not the Session. I have dumped and reloaded the latest app. I have also done a manual software update of the camera using the card. What's next?

I would run through these steps one more time to see if you can get paired up and if not get in touch with our Support Team directly:

So here's what I tried:
- deleted the camera from the app.
- made sure it there was nothing in the settings/bluetooth
- reset the wifi on the camera
- re-added it to the app / created a name and password
- went back to settings/bluetooth and found GoPro 2933 / managed to connect (did not prompt for password)
- Now everytime I get back to the app, it says Opps, That didn't Work There was a problem; try reconnection to your wi-fi in your ipad's settings (thought I just did that)
