I bought a Hero 5 Session some months ago. For some reason the camera is not turning on, even when I try to charge it, the red LED doesn't show any signs. I tried resetting the camera with the shutter/Mode button and it hasn't worked. Even if I take the SD off I get no response from the camera. I have been trying to contact customer support for a couple of days now through the chat and phone number but the chat seems to always be busy and no one answers at the phone.
I would appreciate some help regarding this matter.
