Hi @kevintini

Please try running a manual update using the SanDisk Extreme card.

https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero_session

Ultra cards are not recommended to be used with GoPro cameras. They may work initially but they are observed to cause issues with the camera eventually.

Let us know how it goes.
You may also reach out to our Support Team through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs for further assistance.

Thanks!

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the camera, @kevintini. Are you getting any error messages? There are some troubleshooting steps here that can help: NO SD or SD ERR on Camera's LCD

Additionally, make sure that a recommended SD card is used for your camera.

I m getting "No SD Card", and then the Session shuts right off.  I have tried the SanDisk Extream plus 64 GB and the SanDisk Ultra 64 GB sd cards
