I noticed these options are still available on the Android app, so while my most convenient way of changing these settings on my iPhone is gone, I can still change this by using my Android tablet. Both the iOS and Android versions should have the same functionality though.

I was having a browse around earlier and come across Advance Protune Settings Explained and noticed that you can set the protune settings via the WiFi remote. i picked a cheap secondhand one up and tested it out.
For those of you out there that have the wifi or smart remote you can still access all of the protune settings via the remote
hopefully GoPro fix the iOS App soon...

Thanks for the info on using the smart remote! Unfortunately I have a WiFi remote only which doesn't allow to change Protune settings on the Hero 4 Session.
That's why I need to keep pushing GoPro to fix the bug in BOTH versions of the App.
FYI: It's also missing on current version of the Android app!

Make sure you are checking for Protune availability with all settings. I believe that some do not have the ability to use Protune so it will appear that Protune is missing when it's really just the settings you are using.

I'm using Capture version 3.3.1 on my Android tablet, no updates available from the Google store for it and the Protune options are all there for my Session 4.
correct! Need to say that I did not use the app after doing the update (I think two days ago). So affirmitiv: they are available in Adroid 3.3.1
