Hero Session 4 Wont stay on and GoPro Quick for desktop does not recognise the GoPro
[ New ]Hi Guys
Im not a very frequent user of the GoPro but lately its caused me nothing but trouble.
After spending a couple hours trying to connect the hero session 4 to my new Iphone so i could view how it was mounted i now want to upload the videos onto my Apple macbook Air.
I am using the GoPro Quick for desktop app and also the gopro lead with a sandisk extreme 32gb SDcard
On startup of the quick App it will not find the Go Pro. When i press the On/Wifi button once the screen lights up showing the USB symbol & battery charging symbol. The GoPro flashes up on my Quick App but then the GoPro beeps 3 times with a red flash and turns off. The Quick app then does nothing. It is so quick that it cant read the % of memory used on the SD card.
Just to not this does exactly the same thing once trying to import to Imovie.
Any help would be much apprechiated.

Kindly check this article: Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Mac
Here are other ways to import files to your computer:
- Use an SD Adapter
- Automatic with Auto Play Options
- Manually with File Explorer
You may refer to this article for instructions for each method.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
