Hi Ej, I was able to update via an iPhone👍but I'm still having problems with Android 10 on my OnePlus7t pro?

And I don't see the ability to update manually on that webpage anymore?

Trying to enjoy my new GoPro but unfortunately the present has been spoilt by all of this hassle, it's not something anyone should have to put up with especially from a well respected market leader,

What error message are you getting on the update link?

Does the same happen when trying it on an incognito browser?

Regarding the Android phone, try manually connecting to the camera's WiFi network.  Send the app to the background and manually connect to the camera from your phone’s WiFi settings. You can find the password by putting the camera in pairing mode, then tapping the Info button on the camera.
